Hidralia strengthens its collaboration with Autismo Cádiz by renewing its collaboration agreement

Hidralia, concessionaire of the drinking water and sewerage service in San Fernando, strengthens the collaboration it maintains with the Autism Association Cádiz by renewing one more year the agreement for the improvement of the accessibility of this group and the support to its services.
A document that was signed at the headquarters of the water company in San Fernando with the presence of the manager of Hidralia, José Luis Trapero, and the president of Autismo Cádiz, Carmen López Ginés.
With this document, Hidralia consolidates its commitment to the entity in different aspects, supporting the services they provide and facilitating travel from San Fernando to the different activities carried out externally and to the different headquarters that the non-profit organization has in the province of Cádiz. In this way, they can move to perform hydrotherapy sessions, go to the summer camps or move to Puerto Real to continue their activity.
The link between both entities has been linked for several years with the intention of improving the quality of life of people with Autism Spectrum (ASD) and their families in an essential area such as leisure and free time, as well as collaborating with volunteers to support these activities.
Hidralia, in its eagerness to improve accessibility and customer service, has adapted its offices to have a headquarters without cognitive barriers through the concept of universal accessibility and in this way through adapted visual cues, access and understanding of people with autism spectrum disorder, with brain damage, intellectual disability, with language problems, the elderly, people with no knowledge of the language or with literacy or reading problems.
In this process of continuous improvement, the company has launched 'Contigo', an initiative promoted by the Agbar group, to which Hidralia belongs, focused on ensuring that all customers, without exception, can access the company's services and, above all, ensure good care for people in vulnerable situations, with the aim of identifying digital barriers, of understanding, accessibility or economic.
