Hidralia educates 126 schoolchildren in Manilva about the responsible use of water with Aqualogía
The program, which aims to make schoolchildren aware of the importance of water and the environment, as well as to make the natural and urban cycle of water known, returns after the break suffered by the health situation with a firm commitment to digitization
The Aqualogía sessions finally kick off again. During this week, 126 third-year primary school students from Manilva participated in the program on responsible consumption of water and the environment, which was resumed by Hidralia after the break caused during the worst of the pandemic, the company that manages the cycle of water in this Costa del Sol municipality, in collaboration with the city councils of both towns.
Thus, the students of the CEIP San Luis de Sabinillas, CEIP Maicandil and CEIP Pablo Picasso once again enjoyed a program that returns with a strong commitment to digitization, but maintaining the same spirit as always.
To develop the program, Hidralia provides a monitor so that the urban water cycle can be explained virtually and in the classes themselves with videos, games and fun experiments related to water. To do this, the classrooms must be equipped (internet connection, screen and sound) to be able to hold the videoconference. At the end, students receive a diploma and various gifts for participating.
The objective of this activity continues to be to make schoolchildren aware of the importance of water and the environment, as well as to make the natural and urban cycle of water known through interactive games. In this way, behaviors of saving, consumption and responsible use of the resource are reinforced.
