The company that manages the integral water cycle in Manilva, Hidralia, has presented this morning the electric car that it has just added to its fleet of vehicles, the first to be put into circulation in Manilva. The presentation ceremony was attended by both the Head of Operations of the company in the municipality, Sergio Ruiz, and the Councilor for Infrastructure and Works, Diego José Jiménez.

The councilor of the Manilva city council has highlighted Hidralia's commitment to renewable energy and the benefit that this entails for all citizens. "This commitment to clean energy helps to improve the air quality of the municipality, which represents a notable improvement in the quality of life of citizens," he said.

For his part, the entity's Head of Operations has focused on the importance of modernizing the fleet from a sustainability point of view. "For us it is an important day because we are committed to sustainable mobility with this new vehicle that helps us modernize the fleet and reinforces our fight against climate change by reducing our carbon footprint," he said.

The launch of this vehicle, a Renault van of the Kangoo model, is a new example of Hidralia's commitment to renewable energy, respect for the environment and the fight against climate change, as it will significantly reduce CO2 emissions. to the atmosphere in their movements.

Although it is the first electric car that Hidralia puts into circulation in Manilva, the company has another 29 vehicles of this type throughout the Costa del Sol, distributed among its different concessions and its investee companies.
