Hidralia presents its roadmap for the decarbonisation of municipalities at the FAMP conference "Cities in the Definitive Decade of the 2030 SDGs"
Through its director of Business Development and Innovation, Ernesto Sánchez, it has presented a series of basic proposals to achieve this key objective in the fight against climate change
The director of Business Development and Innovation of Hidralia, Ernesto Sánchez, has participated in the conference "Cities in the definitive decade of the SDGs 2030", organized by the Andalusian Federation of Municipalities and Provinces, in the round table dedicated to the "Multilevel governance in a circular key". Sánchez has focused his intervention on the decarbonization of the municipalities and as Hidralia, a leading company in the fight against climate change in Andalusia that has managed to be carbon neutral since 2019, it is presented as a strategic ally for the support, advice and implementation of measures to achieve this goal.
Ernesto Sánchez, has advocated an "optimization of municipal energy management for decarbonisation" to combat climate change, for which he has given the example of investment in green and photovoltaic energy, efficient air conditioning of buildings, the use of LED lights and, especially, the digitization of management "which will allow energy savings and less expenses in the short and medium term".
The conference, which was held online and was attended by experts in various fields from both the public and private sectors, concluded that the 2030 Agenda needs alliances between governments, companies and citizens to achieve its goals.
