Hidralia and the Marbella City Hall present the prizes for the Aqualogía competition on responsible water consumption

Hidralia, the concessionaire company of the water and sanitation service of Marbella, and the City Hall of Marbella, have presented the Best Drawing and Slogan award of their annual competition "Responsible consumption of water and environment: Aqualogía", where the values of the good use of water and the care of nature.
On this occasion, the winners have been the CEIP Santa Teresa 3rd year student, Rubén Gaona, who has won the Best Drawing category, and Ana García, who is also in 3rd year, but at the María Auxiliadora II school, who has been awarded the Best Slogan for the phrase "If you take care of the water, you take care of my future!".
Both students, who have demonstrated their commitment to the environment with their creativity, have received a diploma and a check worth 100 euros in school supplies.
This award is part of the Hidralia educational program, Aqualogía, whose objective is to educate schoolchildren about the importance of the rational use of water, as well as to promote knowledge of the integral cycle of this scarce and much-needed resource. A commitment to environmental awareness and the dissemination of the culture of water among the youngest and in which more than 1,000 schoolchildren from 16 centers of the municipality have participated in this school year at the end of 2019, so the program was developed without incident.
This year, however, with the exception of the previous ones and due to the current situation caused by COVID-19, the awards ceremony has not been possible in person, but will be sent to their homes.
